Steam Boiler overview
A steam boiler is a pressure vessel that evaporates water under pressure to produce the steam required for process heating, sterilisation, drying and cooking. At its factory in Banaz, Uşak (Turkey), Yalım Kazan designs and builds three-pass fire-tube steam boilers with corrugated furnaces, engineered for each project.
Every boiler goes through strength calculations, certified boiler plate, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), radiographic inspection and a hydrostatic test at 1.5 times working pressure. Available for natural gas, LPG, fuel oil, coal and biomass, each unit is sized to your plant's steam demand.
Three-pass flue gas path
Flue gas heat is transferred to the water over the largest possible surface, lowering stack temperature.
Corrugated furnace
Increases heat transfer surface by about 30% and reduces thermal stresses.
Economizer-ready
Additional fuel savings of up to 15-20% with a flue gas economizer.

Frequently asked questions
How is steam boiler capacity determined?
The hourly steam consumption (kg/h) of the machines in your plant and the required working pressure are added up, then a simultaneity factor and a reserve margin are applied to select the boiler capacity. We carry out this calculation free of charge during the site survey.
What determines the price of a steam boiler?
Capacity, working pressure, fuel type, economizer and automation options, and the scope of installation determine the price. For a firm price, request a quotation with your capacity and pressure requirements.
What equipment is needed alongside the boiler?
Typically a condensate tank, feedwater pumps, a water softening system, a blowdown line, a chimney and boiler room piping. We can supply all of these on a turnkey basis.
