Hot Water Boiler overview
A hot water boiler (central heating boiler) produces hot water at up to 90 °C for the central heating of buildings and for domestic hot water. Yalım Kazan sizes its three-pass, corrugated-furnace hot water boilers according to the building's heat loss calculation.
If you are replacing an old boiler, we design the shell to fit your existing boiler room dimensions and handle dismantling, installation of the new boiler and commissioning as a single contractor.
Thick insulation
Low heat loss with rock wool insulation and a galvanised/painted outer casing.
Burner compatibility
Operates with natural gas, fuel oil or dual-fuel burners.
Easy cleaning
Hinged front door and smoke box for quick maintenance.
On-site replacement
Sizing and installation suited to tight boiler rooms.

Frequently asked questions
Can you replace my old central heating boiler with a new one?
Yes. During the site survey we check the boiler room access dimensions and the existing piping, then manufacture a suitable boiler and install it, including dismantling the old one.
What boiler size in kW do I need?
It is determined by the building's heat loss calculation (floor area in m², insulation, windows, climate zone). If there is no design, we calculate it during the site survey.
